1. Customized Weight- Loss program, Macro Counting & Meal Plans:  Our program includes personalized macro counting, where a registered dietitian will assess your individual needs and create a custom meal plan tailored to your unique goals. Macro counting involves tracking your macronutrient intake (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) to ensure optimal nutrition and effective weight loss. Based on your customers program, we will build out meal plans to make feeling your body healthy easy and fun, but most importantly delicious!

2Customized Resistance Training: Personal trainers will design a custom workout plan based on your fitness level and goals. The program will include resistance training exercises aimed at building lean muscle mass, increasing metabolism, and improving overall strength and tone.

3. Supplementation/Bio-chemicals: To support your specific needs we include a variety of bio chemicals (prioritizing natural) to support your program in every way possible for example, appetite suppression, fat burning, hormone balancing, and glucose control, our program incorporates carefully selected supplements. These supplements are designed to assist with specific goals and will be recommended and monitored by a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Meal Prepping: To support your weight loss journey, we will provide guidance and resources for effective meal prepping. This will help you save time, stay on track with your nutrition plan, and ensure you have healthy, portion-controlled meals readily available.

5. Mind-Body Practices: Our program emphasizes the importance of mind-body practices such as meditation, breath work, and grounding techniques. These practices promote stress reduction, emotional well-being, and overall mindfulness, which can positively impact your weight loss journey.

6. Sleep Hygiene: Optimal sleep is crucial for weight management and overall health. We will provide strategies for improving sleep hygiene, ensuring you get the restful sleep your body needs to support your weight loss goals.

7. Strategies for Success & Six Months Maintenance: Throughout the program, we will offer guidance and support to help you overcome challenges and stay motivated. These strategies may include goal setting, behavior modification techniques, and lifestyle adjustments to foster sustainable changes. We follow up your program, offering the majority of the things of your program, but in a maintenance capacity to make sure your health centric lifestyle is rooted, and now your new way of life.

8. Communication: Direct contact via texting or phone depending on need, personalize service no waiting weeks on end for appointments, etc.

9. Scheduling: Flexible scheduling and ease of appointments. All appointments are conducted via phone or text and easily adjusted to fit your schedule and need.
